WHAT IS CREATING THE STRESS? Its self-imposed. It about the meanings I have trained my mind to perceive… Remember: STRESS IS A KILLER! It can make you sick.
HOW DO I COPE WITH STRESS? I treat it as a reminder that I have to get up and do something… I focus on what I want to accomplish and I prioritize by getting results that offer the highest VALUE. My main focus would be on the SOLUTION that brings the greatest REWARD.
